Grappling

Grappling refers to all the techniques of control, projection, immobilization and submission of an opponent in a fight standing or on the ground, with bare hands. Submission techniques include dislocations, strangulations and compressions.

This Muay Thai class is only for children from 7 years to 13 years, beginners and experts. You will learn all the techniques and improve your physical skills.
